Warranty, Return, and Exchange Policy

At Falakk Solar Systems, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and providing the best purchasing and after-sales experience. Below is our Warranty, Return, and Exchange Policy, designed to ensure transparency and protect the rights of all parties:

1. Return and Exchange Policy

  • Return:
Customers may return a product within 2 days of the purchase date, provided that the device is in its original condition, unused, and the packaging has not been opened.

  • Exchange:
Customers may exchange a product within 3 days of the purchase date, provided that the device is in its original condition, unused, and the packaging has not been opened.

2. Payment Policy

  • In the case of paying a down payment for the implementation of a solar energy system, the down payment is non-refundable after one day from the payment date for any reason. Customers must also adhere to the agreed payment schedule for subsequent payments.

  • In the event of delayed payment, the customer will bear any increase in the prices of materials or storage costs if market prices change during the delay.

3. Delay in Site Handover

  • If the customer delays handing over the site prepared for system installation (ensuring it is ready and free of obstacles), this will be considered a delay in receipt, and the customer will bear any additional costs resulting from this delay, as stated in the payment policy.

4. Warranty Policy

  • Warranty Period:
The warranty period starts from the purchase date. The original invoice must be presented to benefit from the warranty service.

  • Warranty Conditions:
The system or devices must be installed by our company’s technician or an authorized technician.

  • Usage Compensation:
In case of replacement or compensation, the usage value will be calculated by dividing the device’s value by the warranty period, and the customer will be compensated for the remaining period.

  • Warranty Service:
Device servicing is provided at the company’s premises. If the customer requests on-site service, a technician visit fee will be charged based on the distance, within the warranty period.

  • Batteries:
Using automotive batteries for solar energy systems voids the warranty.

  • Warranty Void Cases:
The warranty will be void in the following cases:

    • The customer opens or tampers with the device or system.

    • Reversing or cutting wires.

    • Exposure of the system to moisture, water leakage, or dust.

    • Any usage that does not comply with the company’s instructions.

Important Notes

  • We recommend that our customers keep the original invoice and avoid opening or attempting to repair devices themselves to ensure continued warranty coverage.

  • This policy is designed to protect customer rights and guarantee the quality of service provided by Falakk Solar Systems.
